Karin Even Haim

Karin Even Haim is the co-community Organizer of Hand in Hand in Jaffa. With years of experience in strategy, strategic marketing, and leading social and public initiatives, Karin specializes in translating vision into practical action plans, driving social change, and building broad partnerships with a wide range of organizations and institutions.

As a former advisor to the Edmond de Rothschild Foundation, Karin led educational projects aimed at promoting equitable education and reducing social gaps in Israeli society. She also managed large-scale public campaigns, including efforts to expand the national health services basket and improve healthcare for marginalized communities. Over the years, she has worked closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, health funds, and pharmaceutical companies on projects related to welfare, education, and public health.

Karin sees the Hand in Hand community as a driving force for strengthening shared living in Jaffa and building a more just and equal society in Israel. She works to connect families, schools, and local organizations to create a vibrant, diverse, and values-driven community.
